All of our second hand e-bikes undergo a rigorous 30 point maintenance check to ensure your safety and comfort:
- Full health and safety check
- New brake pads and brake calibration
- Top to bottom clean and paint touch up
1ST TUNEUP IS FREE
Your first tune-up's on the house. We recommend a service about every 6-12 months if your getting lots of use out of your bike.
RIDER SUPPORT
Our friendly team of rider gurus are on call ready to provide support or advice anytime.
WARRANTY
We provide peace of mind with our 6 month warranty and if you don't totally love your Zoomo, you can return it for free within 7 days.
FAQ
WHAT IS REFURBISHED?
Refurbished means the bike has successfully passed our 30-point inspection and has gone through any necessary repairs to return the bike to ‘good as new’ condition.
Bikes are available in three different tiers (Gold, Silver and Bronze), the difference being their age and wear and tear.
HOW DOES FINANCING WORK?
We offer Pay-in-4 financing with Klarna. Just choose Klara at check out and upon approval, your payment will be split into 4 payments. Your first payment is due at purchase. You can pick up your bike after your purchase and continue with your 3 remaining payments, due every 2 weeks.
HOW DO I GET MY BIKE?
Our bikes are available to pick up for free from our stores, usually within 24 hours.
