Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY


  • Returns are available within 14 days of the date you picked up your vehicle or the date your vehicle was delivered to you.


Assembled and Self-Assembled E-bikes and E-mopeds

  • This part applies to both assembled and self-assembled e-bikes and e-mopeds. 
  • All ebikes must be returned within 14 days:
    • in the same condition (minus fair wear and tear) as it was given to you; and
    • with all parts, accessories, and documentation included with the e-bike or e-moped; 
  • You are responsible for all costs associated with returning your e-bike or e-moped.
  • Once your ebike is received by us, we will inspect your e-bike or e-moped. The inspection process will normally take 3-5 business days. After the inspection is complete and we are happy with the condition of the e-bike or e-moped and any parts, we will refund you the price you paid minus a 5% restocking fee. 
  • If there is any damage to the e-bike or e-moped or any parts we will charge you for the cost of repairing the damage and this amount will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. 
  • Refunds are normally processed in 3-5 business days and you should normally receive your refund within 5-10 business days after it has been processed. 


Assembled e-bikes or e-mopeds

  • In addition to the above, this part applies to assembled ebikes only. 
  • You must return your ebike in person to the same location as where you picked up your ebike. 


Self-Assembled e-bikes (not applicable to e-mopeds)

  • In addition to the above, this part applies to self-assembled ebikes only. 
  • If you want to return your self-assembled ebike in person, please contact us for information on where to return your e-bike. 
  • Otherwise, all self-assembled e-bikes must be returned via your chosen shipping partner. 
  • You are responsible for all costs associated with returning your bike, including shipping and handling. 
  • We strongly recommend you buy insurance to cover any damage to the e-bike that may occur during shipping. You will not be issued a refund is your e-bike is damaged during shipping. 


Accessories and Merchandise

  • All clothing items are non-returnable. 
  • Accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase and shipping the returned item is to be paid for by the purchaser.
