PICK UP POLICY

• Pick up is available for assembled and self-assembled e-bikes and e-mopeds. 
• Please make sure to choose the correct pick up location. If possible, we will call you to confirm your pick up location. 
• If you choose the wrong location, we may not have your chosen e-bike or e-moped available. We will do our best to have an equivalent replacement but we cannot guarantee availability. 

SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipping is not presently available for individual orders, however may be considered on a case-by-case basis for larger quantity orders. Please contact us at refurbishedbikes@ridezoomo.com for more information.
